Return / Replacement policy:

 

  • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED

 

  • If any item received in damaged condition / not working, replacement shall be made. The procedure for replacement shall be:

 

  1. Please email us (shopatorion@gmail.com), the image of defective product with description of the defect, within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2.  After receiving the confirmation email from shopatorion. (applicable only for genuine cases), return the product to us.( Return charges shall be borne by the customer).
  3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the invoices, warranty cards, original price tags and labels.. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

 

  1. After receiving the returned product, the replacement shall be shipped to the customer, free of cost.

 

  1. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

 

  1. Refund shall be provided only if the item is out of stock.

 

  • shopatorion shall not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.

 

  • Non-delivery of the products due to wrong delivery address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping and the delivery charges shall be applicable.

 

 

 

Service / Warranty policy:

 

In case of any product complaint, customer shall contact the manufacturer for service / replacement.

 

In case of any complaint for shopatorion warranty assured products,

  • Please email us (shopatorion@gmail.com), the image of defective product with description of the complaint.
